The first introduction title card for the Sooap is not necessary as you already have the ITV ident afterwards. The ITV ident is WAY TOO LONG and needs to shortened atleast by half. The storyline involving 'Amy' should be removed as is distracting the audience and confusing them from the main plot. The background noise is still evident in some scenes and some dialogue cannot be heard clearly. Some dialogue at the end of scenes seems to of been removed from editing and that needs to be sorted out. Scenes need to be much sharper and flow more. The soundtrack is too upbeat and the lyrics do not reflect completely with the storyline, maybe include another instrumental soundtrack. However, the beats when 'Abbie' is shouting at 'Harriet' is very good.
